Welcome to the Maths in Action Workshop! On this website you will find everything you need to run the workshop. This workshop was originally designed in 2021 for teachers to use in schools for the entire class but can be used in other settings as well - individuals should also feel free to try it out! The Workshop consists of 2 tasks:
Task 1: You have about 30 minutes (you can change this if you want) to answer as many of the tasks on the "Task 1: Challenges" page on the website. For each task that you get right, you will earn virtual money that you will be able to spend in the second part of the workshop!

Task 2: After marking your answers to the challenges from the first tasks, you now have about 10 minutes to plan your holiday using the virtual money! You can see the holiday options on the "Task 2: Holiday Planning" page. After you have planned your holiday, you could present it to anyone you are with, explaining why you chose the holiday that you did!
