When purchasing the app, users will agree to their username being shared on the leaderboards and the entered username must not be offensive to others.

Maths Druid was created to give children a fun and engaging way to apply their mathematical understanding. We do not offer guarantees about it’s effectiveness in the application, website or information that is posted.

Maths Druid is not responsible of any loss or liability relating to website user and/or resulting from errors, omissions, down-time, misrepresentations or misunderstandings.

We try to keep the website and applications running all the time but on some occasions, the service may become disrupted due to maintenance issues or updates. This may cause disruption to the service. Maths Druid will not be liable if the site becomes unavailable for whatever reason.


Maths Druid Privacy Policy

Maths Druid understands the need to protect information collected on the Maths Druid website. We are committed to keeping any personal and identifiable information about users safe and secure and to provide a safe learning tool for children.

Maths Druid does not collect personal information direct from children nor do we communicate directly with children.

We do not sell or pass information on to third parties.

We collect information for the purposes of displaying druid usernames on the leaderboards and battle progress against the druids.

We do not collect unnecessary information such as addresses, date of births or religious beliefs. We give users complete control and management of their personal information, which they can choose to delete at any time.

Personal information collected by Maths Druid

Maths Druid does not collect personal information directly from users. Users can create a username on their personal device that is displayed on the Maths Druid leaderboards to allow users to compare their progress against other users.

When purchasing the app, users will agree to their username being shared on the leaderboards and the entered username must not be offensive to others.

If the user does not want data sharing after this point, please get in touch and data will be removed.

Any usernames that are rude, racist or offensive usernames will be removed.

Children are not able to communicate with other users on the application. Children are not able to register directly via the website. We do not collect email addresses and do not communicate directly with users.

Collection and processing information

A user creates a username on their personal device and their username is used on the leaderboard to compare the user’s progress against others.

The only information collected is a username, country location and borough/county location.

When Home Users access via their personal device, we ask consent from the Home User when they purchase the app that they give consent for all user’s maths data and druid username to be displayed on the leaderboard pages. Where the Home User is a student, who is a minor, we ask that permission be sought by that student’s parent / legal guardian.


If the registrant does not give consent (or do not have this consent provided on their behalf) they will be unable to provide us with their personal information and cannot have their username shared on the leaderboards. Consent can be withdrawn at anytime.

Maths Druid information use

All information is kept confidential. We will not share information with any third parties at any time – unless requested by law or with parental consent.

Maths Druid will not give, rent or lease any personal or identifying personal information to any individual, organisation or company. We will not disclose student information to third parties. Maths Druid will not share information about a student’s results with any third party.

Maths Druid results

Users results data is used to inform progress. It will show the user’s strengths and areas for development.

Maths Druid does not share student results or information with any third party.

Storing information

Information is stored to provide access to the site and to support education processes. Information is kept until the Registered User requests for it to be deleted.

Data storage and security

The Maths Druid website and its data is hosted and stored on servers leased from Digital Ocean: data is stored securely by the internationally acclaimed server provider with a powerful API. Maths Druid backups and all student result data is encrypted before storage using certified industry standards.

Access to the Maths Druid systems for software maintenance is only available via secure and encrypted channels. Access is only available to Authorised Maths Druid Staff.

How will Maths Druid notify changes to this policy?

Our Privacy Policy may be amended at any time, including changes, additions and deletions to comply with applicable laws, to reflect changes in our processes or for any other reason. Any Significant changes will be communicated to registered users. Users are also encouraged to check this Privacy Policy periodically to keep abreast of any changes.

Although we have no reason to believe that any information contained in this Site is inaccurate, we do not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information except where warranties are made non-excludable by applicable legislation.

We do not accept responsibility for loss suffered as a result of your reliance on the accuracy or currency of information contained on the app or website except where such liability is made non-excludable by applicable legislation. We do not guarantee or warrant the Site will be uninterrupted, without delay, error-free, omission-free or free of viruses. The Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, timeliness and completeness except where warranties are made non-excludable by applicable legislation.

Neither we will be liable for any loss or damage, however arising (whether in negligence or otherwise), in connection with your Access, the Content or any omissions from the Content, except where liability is made non-excludable by applicable legislation.
