Interpretation
Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the following conditions and apply equally whether terms appear in singular or plural.

Account: A unique account created for accessing our Service.
Application: The software program provided by Maths Dash, available for download on electronic devices.
Company: Referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our" in this agreement, Maths Dash is based in Colorado, U.S.A., and owned by Krida LLC.
Data Controller: For GDPR purposes, Krida LLC is the Data Controller.
Device: Any device that accesses the Service, such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
Personal Data: Information that identifies an individual, as defined by the GDPR.
Service: Refers to the Application.
You: The individual accessing or using the Service.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Maths Dash only uses Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In for secure authentication. Personal Data is stored solely on your device and is never transmitted to external servers managed by Krida LLC. The app does not collect or process Personal Data beyond authentication.

Use of Your Personal Data
Personal Data collected through Apple and Google Sign-In is used exclusively for authentication and managing access to parts of the Service. Although Google Sign-In may display a message indicating the sharing of profile information, our app does not store or utilize any user profile data beyond the ID token required for authentication purposes. We do not access or retain information such as name, email address, language preference, or profile picture through Google Sign-In.

Retention of Your Personal Data
We retain Personal Data on your device only as necessary for the purposes outlined here. No Personal Data is stored on external servers managed by Krida LLC.

Security of Your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to us. Data is stored securely on your device.

Your Rights under the GDPR
If you are within the EU, you have rights to access, update, or delete Personal Data as per GDPR. Since Maths Dash does not process or transmit Personal Data to external servers, you may manage these preferences directly through Apple and Google settings.

Children's Privacy
Our Service does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we become aware of any data collected from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We advise checking this page for any changes. Updates are effective when posted here.
