The aim of this project is to engage students and teachers in a cross-curricular collaborative project through a Mathematics story called 365 Penguins using both digital tools and unplugged learning scenarios. Students will be exposed to Mathematics through storytelling, solve and create their own Mathematical problems, research themes mentioned in the story, do related crafts and create ebooks together. The common language will be English but this project also aims at creating an awareness of the native languages of all partner schools.

Collaborative documents, videos and ebooks will be created throughout the project and uploaded on Twinspace..By the end of the project, the students will have improved their problem solving techniques and learned more about penguins. The various collaborative tasks will also help students and teachers alike to practice 21st-century skills and build collegial relationships.
