Maths Cove — Privacy Policy

Maths Cove ("the App") is a children's mathematics learning game developed by an independent developer. We take children's privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the App does — and does not — collect.
The short version
Maths Cove collects no personal information at all. Everything stays on your device.
Information we collect
None. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, from children or adults. Specifically, the App does not:
• Collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any contact information
• Collect photos, audio, video, or files from your device
• Access your location
• Access your contacts, camera, or microphone
• Use analytics or tracking tools
• Contain any third-party advertising or ad networks
• Contain social features, chat, or any way for users to communicate
• Require an account or sign-in of any kind
• Connect to the internet during gameplay
Where game data is stored
All game progress — stars, coins, unlocked worlds, settings, and the parent dashboard — is stored locally on your device only. It is never uploaded anywhere. Deleting the App permanently deletes this data.
In-app purchases
Maths Cove is free to play in World 1. The App offers one optional, one-time purchase that unlocks all remaining worlds. There are no subscriptions, no consumable purchases, and no advertising. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play; the App never sees or stores any payment information. Purchases are protected by your device's Google Play authentication settings, which parents can configure in the Google Play app.
Parental controls
The App includes a parent area protected by a PIN, where parents can view learning progress, adjust settings, and reset the game. Children cannot make changes there without the PIN.
Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)
The App is designed for children aged 5–12. Because the App collects no personal information whatsoever, no parental consent for data collection is required — there is simply nothing collected to consent to.
Changes to this policy
If the App's privacy practices ever change, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date revised before any change takes effect.
