All math practice progress and app settings remain 100% on your device using standard local storage (SharedPreferences). This data is never sent to our servers or external databases:

• Learning Statistics: Problem completion records, accuracy scores, star ratings, streak counters, and earned XP.

• Local Learner Profiles: Optional learner nicknames and avatar choices created within the app for multi-user households or classroom practice.

• App Preferences: Theme selection (Light / Dark mode, theme color), sound effects toggle, speech narration toggle, and vibration toggle.

• Ad-Free Status: A local record indicating whether you have purchased the optional "Remove Ads" upgrade.

4. Third-Party Services

To support free access and enable optional upgrades, Math Practice integrates standard, trusted Google services:

A. Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

To keep the application free for everyone, Math Practice displays a single banner advertisement powered by Google AdMob.

• Families Policy & Child-Directed Treatment: Ads are strictly configured in accordance with Google Play Families Policy and COPPA standards (tagForChildDirectedTreatment = true, tagForUnderAgeOfConsent = true) and restricted to family-safe content (maxAdContentRating = G).

• Non-Personalized Ads: Under these settings, advertisements are non-personalized and do not track or profile users based on personal interests.

• Technical Information: Google AdMob may process non-sensitive technical data (such as IP address, device identifiers like the Android Advertising ID, and diagnostic data) strictly for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, and security, as outlined in Google's Privacy Policy.

B. Google Play In-App Billing

Math Practice provides an optional one-time purchase to permanently remove all advertisements.

• All financial transactions and payment processing are handled entirely and securely by the Google Play Store.

• We never receive, process, or store credit card details, bank information, or billing addresses. Google Play manages payment data under Google's Privacy Policy.

C. Built-in Speech Synthesis (TTS)

The speech pronunciation feature uses your device's native speech synthesis engine. It operates completely on-device and does not transmit audio data to external servers.
