Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using MathPop (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of the Service
MathPop is a casual math practice app designed to help users enjoy quick calculation challenges and improve basic math skills through simple, fast, and repeated practice. The App may include features such as:
Basic arithmetic practice
Beginner, intermediate, and advanced difficulty levels
Timed or untimed math challenge modes
Daily, random, or quick math questions
Score, streak, progress, or result tracking
Sound and/or vibration feedback for answer actions
Saved results, recent records, or local practice history (if available)
Optional notification reminders for math practice (if available)
Optional copy, export, screenshot, or share features for practice results (if available)
The App is provided “as is” for personal and non-commercial use.
Permissions and Device Features
MathPop is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access for ads, billing, analytics, diagnostics, or optional remote content
Notification access for daily or random math practice reminders, if supported and enabled
Vibration access for haptic feedback, if supported and enabled
Audio-related device features for sound feedback, if enabled
Photos / Media / Storage access only if the App provides save, export, screenshot, or share features that require file access
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s data, systems, advertisements, billing features, or reward-based features
Misuse the App in a way that interferes with its normal operation or with other users’ experience
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any content, results, screenshots, or practice records you choose to save, export, copy, or share from the App.
Accuracy and Use Disclaimer
MathPop is provided as a general math practice and brain-training tool for convenience and entertainment. While we aim to provide a reliable and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee that all questions, answers, scores, saved records, progress data, or app behavior will always be error-free in all situations.
You are responsible for verifying any important calculations or results before relying on them. The App is not intended for legal, medical, financial, accounting, educational certification, safety-critical, emergency, or professional decision-making use. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for decisions, outcomes, or losses based on information shown or stored in the App.
Advertisements and Purchases
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party advertising networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features, if applicable
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits, extra attempts, hints, or other app features, if applicable
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google’s policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, delay, defect, data loss, or compatibility issues, or that any issues will be corrected immediately.
Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any loss of local practice history, scores, streaks, progress records, settings, cached data, preferences, or saved results due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, app updates, or app crashes
Any inaccurate questions, answers, calculations, score records, missing records, export failures, reminder issues, or notification failures
Any actions, failures, policies, or data handling practices of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, sharing components, notification services, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
Updates and Changes
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, bug fixes, UI changes, difficulty adjustments, question changes, performance improvements, advertisement-related updates, or premium feature changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
