I support Federico Ardila's axioms:
Mathematical potential is distributed equally among different groups, irrespective of geographic, demographic, and economic boundaries.
Everyone can have joyful, meaningful, and empowering mathematical experiences.
Mathematics is a powerful, malleable tool that can be shaped and used differently by various communities to serve their needs.
Every student deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
I research on regularization for inverse problems, where we find causes (parameters) for a desired or observed effect. They are inherently ill-posed, so they need to be solved stably and reasonably efficient. I am interested in their mathematical convergence under various conditions and their application towards problems across science (imaging, systems biology, physics, etc.)

I will be recording a lecture on An Introduction to Inverse Problems in Centre International de Rencontres Mathématiques (CIRM) in Marseille, France on 15-18 July 2025. This is part of my CIMPA-ICTP Fellowships "Research in Pairs". Lecture slides/notes will be available here (will be updated during the week).
I am co-organizing the SEAMS School on Inverse Problems and Optimal Control this December 2025 in University of the Phiilippines Baguio. Also I am one of the lecturers.
I will spend June and most of July 2025 in University of Wurzburg for a research fellowship funded by CIMPA and ICTP, and in CIRM to record a lecture on inverse problems!
ANU 3MT 2018 (lucky to win runner-up!)
June-July 2025: University of Wurzburg, Germany (CIMPA-ICTP Research in Pairs) under Frank Werner
