This Mathhub.AI Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time, the “Policy”) applies to Mathhub.AI, an online learning and problem-solving tool for middle school and college students, including related content, tools, features, and functionalities (collectively, the “Services”). We will provide Services to a child user only after their parent or guardian has read and agreed to this Policy, acknowledging all specified contents and giving consent as required by applicable laws. We will not collect, use, or disclose any personal information of a child user without obtaining consent from the child’s parent or guardian, unless otherwise permitted or required by law. Parents can review, delete, and request us to discontinue the collection or use of their child’s personal information.

You specifically agree that we are not responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, any material or data sent or received, or not sent or received through Mathhub.AI. 1.1.5 Answer-Searching Feature

To use the “Answer-Searching” feature, you can either upload a picture of the question or enter the question directly. We need access to your pictures or text inputs to offer this feature.

1.2 Automatically Collected Personal Information

To safeguard your account and better serve you and/or your child, we collect and use information generated during use of Mathhub.AI and our Services, as long as it complies with applicable laws.

1.3 Information Obtained from Third Parties

We may collect personal information about you and/or your child from third parties with your consent. We process this information per our contract with the third party and applicable laws. You should read the privacy policy and user agreement of any third-party platforms carefully.

1.3.1 Log in through a Third-Party Account

When you log in using a social media account, your profile on that platform will be linked to a Mathhub.AI account. We only collect your name and profile picture from the third-party account.

1.4 Exceptions to Consent Requirement

We may collect and use personal information without obtaining consent in the following circumstances:

2. Use of Cookies/Similar Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to enable you to move around the app and use its features, such as remembering your login status and accessing secure areas. These cookies do not contain any personal information.

3. Subcontracting, Sharing, Transferring, or Disclosing Personal Information

Below are steps to delete your Account:

1. Open App and navigate to Profile Page

2. If user is logged In, User can tap on "Delete Account" Button.

3. If user is not logged In, User can log In and Select "Delete Account" Button from Profile.

4. After Confirming Delect Action, Select an Account to Delete.

5. After selecting Account, User will be deleted.

4.3 Changing the Scope of Your Consent

You can change the scope of your consent through the "Settings" menu on your device or by contacting us. Changing consent may affect the services we can provide.

4.4 Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account by following the instructions in your profile settings. Deleting your account will result in the deletion or anonymization of your personal information, unless required by law to retain it.

4.5 Obtaining Copies of Personal Information

You can request copies of your personal information by contacting us.

4.6 Responding to Your Requests

We will respond to your requests as soon as possible, generally within 30 days. We may refuse requests that are unreasonable or threaten the legal interests of others.
