first tryout or practice. Mathews Athletics is now using a secure registration

platform, FamilyID.com, to provide our families with a safe and user-friendly

way to register for athletics. No more paperwork!

Register by August 1st for Fall Sports

Register by November 1st for Winter Sports

Register by February 1st for Spring Sports

Information needed to register:

• Print and Upload your doctor-signed physical form with exam date
• Fill-in your medical insurance provider and policy information
• Accept policy agreements with electronic signatures by both parent and student
