About me

I am a Ph.D. student in economics, working with Prof. Dr. Iris Kesternich within the Department of Economics and the Hamburg Center for Health Economics at the University of Hamburg. I visited the Department of Economics at KU Leuven in spring 2023 and February 2025. 

My research lies at the intersection of family economics, labor economics, and health economics, with an emphasis on empirical methods and structural modeling.

Since September 2023, I have been a member of the Research Training Group “Managerial and Economic Dimensions of Health Care Quality”, which is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG).
