Grades range from 7 to 1, with 7 being the highest. The grade boundaries change every year depending on what the scores are, and they also change for every timezone. The following are rough guide and what students should aim for in order should be 'safe'.
7 = 70-100%. A 7 is classed as considered excellent.
6 = 55-69%. A 6 is classed as considered very good.
5 = 40-68%. A 5 is classed as considered good.
4 = 25-39%. A 4 is classed as considered satisfactory.
3 = 13-24%. A 3 is classed as considered mediocre.
2 = 4-12%. A 2 is classed as considered poor.
1 = 0-3 %. A 1 is classed as considered very poor.
