My mother took a course in Biofeedback and loves it. I also had two sessions with guest speakers who walked us through it. In my own words, a quick definition is listening to relaxing music/sounds that are meant to calm your heartrate down. Audio tracks sometimes include instructions of when to breathe or other ways to guide your relaxation.
