Occasional All Student Check Ins

I will plan to send a check in form at least once a month. This will allow me the opportunity to get the chance to see how all students are doing. It also provides a place and time for all students to get the chance to check in with me.

How will this work:

• Watch for an email from Mrs. Graveen.

• Fill out the google form with anything you would like me to be aware of!

• Based on your response, I will follow up as needed with the opportunity to connect and schedule a virtual meeting if needed!
