Pre-Algebra students create amazing scale art while learning about ratios proportions, and scale factors.
Algebra students draw an animal on a coordinate plane and then write the equation of 8 different lines: two horizontal, two vertical, two with a positive slope, and two with a negative slope. Students must show their steps.
Geometry students learn how to fold unit cells that can be put together to make various three dimensional shapes including a cube, stellated octahedron and stellated icosahedron.
Pre-Algebra students convert fractions into decimals and match them up on a number line. Then the numbers are placed from least to greatest.
