Math PhD at UniMi

Aims

The PhD School of Mathematics of the Department of Mathematics of the University of Milano attracts every year 8 new students which are selected among the best at the international level.

The aim of the meeting is to let prospective PhD students get in touch with the research which is carried over at the Department of Mathematics of the University of Milano.

In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, they will have a chance to listen to presentations of potential advisors and discuss with them, as well as with ongoing PhD students.

The two days of the meeting will be devoted to short presentations of the research topics of the members of the PhD school and to discussions with previous PhD students.
