MATH-MIND - Mathematics-Industry Networking Days is a workshop organized by the Department of Mathematics at the University of Bologna. Its goal is to foster collaborative networks between academia and industry, research institutions, and hospitals for social and technological innovation. During the event, expert faculty members from the Department will present innovative mathematical tools with high potential for industrial application. Conversely, participating companies will have the opportunity to showcase the technological challenges they face in today's global landscape, opening a constructive dialogue with the academic world.

The program is specifically designed for you, students in the Two-Years Master Program in Mathematics  — who represent the future of the field. It will feature alternating presentations from academics and corporate experts on each topic. Moreover, during the doctoral symposium, our PhD students in Mathematics will share insights into the future of research within the Department. The event is an opportunity for students to see how their mathematical education directly translates into impactful real-world solutions and to connect with the industries that will shape their future careers.
