I am a PhD candidate and applied microeconomist at the University of Tübingen. I will be on the 2026/2027 job market.
My research agenda focuses on public finance and development, examining how governments in developing countries can strengthen their capacity to raise revenue and deliver public goods. I am a research affiliate at the Research School of International Taxation (RSIT) and the Global Labor Organization (GLO). Between March and June, I will be visiting the ZEW.
My research interests are:
Primary: Public Economics
Secondary: Development Economics, Economics of Crime, and International Taxation
I work as an external consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank, as a visiting researcher at the Deutsche Bundesbank, and have provided consulting services to the World Bank Group.
