Ph.D. Positions: Applications are invited from highly motivated candidates with a strong background in Condensed Matter Physics, Materials Science, or Nanoscience. Selection will be based on the strict guidelines of JNU followed by an interview. Preference will be given to candidates who are CSIR/UGC JRF qualified. Postdoctoral Positions: We welcome applications from motivated and hardworking candidates holding a Ph.D. degree in Electrochemistry, Condensed Matter Physics, Materials Science, or Nanoscience, with a proven track record of publications in reputed international journals. We will be glad to support postdoctoral fellowship applications (UGC/CSIR/DST funded). Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Electrode (cathode/anode) materials for Li-ion, Li-S, Na-ion, K-ion, Zn-ion, Al-ion, etc. batteries, Electrolytes, Current collectors, etc.
M.Sc. Students: M.Sc. (Physics) students of SPS who wish to pursue higher studies in Electrochemistry, Condensed Matter Physics, Materials Science, or Nanoscience are welcome to apply for their Master’s thesis.
