Clifton Strengths

Competition 

• People with this strength seek to outdo others and are often highly competitive. I personally strive to be the best in whatever task I am doing. I enjoy competing with others because it pushes me to do better and try new things.

Maximizer 

• People with this strength focus on enhancing their own and others' strengths to achieve excellence. I believe that personal growth is key, but having to ability to help others is also very important. I am able to use my teammates to achieve all of our goals.

Achiever

• People with this strength are hard-working and have a lot of stamina. They enjoy being busy and productive.  I do not enjoy wasting time and energy. Everyone should have a goal and be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve it.

Responsibility 

• People with this strength take ownership of what they say they will do. They are committed to values like honesty and loyalty.  That is one thing that is extremely important to me and something that I greatly value.

Adaptability

• People with this strength are flexible and can thrive in changing environment. Although I care a great amount about time and structure, I can also thrive in ever changing environments.
