"A Blade is Born" is inspired by the cutscene where the Avatar arrives in NLA (xenoblade chronicles X). I created this alternative soundtrack to reflect my own musical taste and personal interpretation of the scene. In this video, I included the original voice lines to provide more context and enhance the impact of the narrative guided by the music. This was made purely for creative purposes.
This soundtrack is my tribute to Xenoblade Chronicles X.
The arrival of the player to NLA is a very emotional and powerful moment, and I wanted to capture a sense of epicness and the beginning of an adventure.
Inspired by the amazing original soundtrack by Hiroyuki Sawano, I created this version of that cinematic moment — respectfully and with great admiration for the game and its music.
Inspired by the biblical story of Moses, this musical theme captures the emotion, tension, and power of his encounter with the Spirit of God through the burning bush. Using orchestral elements, I sought to narrate, in my own way, the transformation of an ordinary and solitary man into one with a profound purpose and mission.
Inspired by popular action and adventure games like The Legend of Zelda, Skyrim, Diablo, and others, I composed this theme to convey a sentimental journey. It tells the story of a hero, where The Call marks the beginning of a quest—the moment the hero embraces his purpose, leaving behind fears, doubts, and limitations, and takes action toward the adventure of his life.
This is one of my very first compositions, inspired by the Final Fantasy universe, specifically the Dissidia games. With this piece, my intention was to create frenetic, electronic music that, through different melodies, arpeggios, and sounds, narrates the conflict between light and darkness. I’ve also composed another piece inspired by this story with a more orchestral approach, but I want to share this one first. As a composer, I believe in the power of exploring different techniques, rhythms, and sounds to bring unique stories to life.
Thinking about cats and dogs roaming the streets without a home, under the rain, snow, and cold, led me to compose this song. I have two little cats, who as kittens were exposed to many diseases and risks. Currently, Ellie and Patacón have a home where they play and are happy, and that’s what I wanted to express in this piece — the story of dogs and cats who go from nights of cold and hunger to homes of warmth and love. To better illustrate my point, I used Disney’s classic 'One Hundred and One Dalmatians' and its emotional story."
The final boss – tension, fear, challenge, anticipation, and so many other emotions swirl around us as the hero, after a long journey and countless trials, faces their destiny: the final battle!
This piece is deeply inspired by one of our favorite games, Dissidia Final Fantasy. Overflowing with emotion and action, this game vividly portrays the eternal struggle between light and darkness. As warriors of light, we are determined to fight for peace and what is right.
Final Fantasy is one of our all-time favorite game franchises, and we wanted to create a tribute (in our own style) to this spectacular series!
