Welcome!

I am a Ph.D. student in Legal Studies at the Faculty of Law, Bocconi University in Milan.

I earned my law degree from Universidad de Piura in Lima and hold LL.M. degrees from Penn State Law in Pennsylvania and the Università degli Studi di Milano in Milan.

I was also a professor of Commercial Law and Commercial Contracts at Universidad de Piura. I currently teach Mergers and Acquisitions at the Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola, Faculty of Law (Lima).
