Welcome!

I am a Ph.D. student in Legal Studies at the Faculty of Law, Bocconi University (Milan).

I earned my Law degree from Universidad de Piura (Lima) and hold LL.M. degrees from Penn State Law (Pennsylvania) and the Università degli Studi di Milano (Milan).

Currently, I also teach a course on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) at the Faculty of Law, Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (Lima).
