MATCHMAKER PRIVACY POLICY

1. Introduction
MatchMaker ("we," "our," "the app") is a sports management application designed to simplify amateur football match organization and provide tactical analysis through artificial intelligence. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

2. Data We Collect
By using MatchMaker, you consent to the collection of the following data:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and username...

• Player Statistics: Preferred position, skill attributes...

• User Content: Match titles, locations, simulation player names, and in-app communications (including both group chats and one-on-one direct messaging).

• Technical Data: Device-specific Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens used solely for sending push notifications.

3. Use of Your Data
Collected data is used for:

• Facilitating match organization, team balancing, and private communications between players.  

• AI Tactical Coach: Analyzing player data through the Google Gemini API to generate real-time tactical feedback.

• Sending automated notifications regarding match invitations and new direct or group messages. 

4. Third-Party Services
The app utilizes secure infrastructure from Google:

• Firebase Authentication: For secure user login.

• Google Firestore: For encrypted storage of match and profile data.

• Google Gemini (AI): For processing tactical analysis. Data sent to Gemini is for text generation purposes only and is not permanently stored as personal identifying information.

5. User Generated Content (UGC) & Safety
We prioritize user safety. To comply with Google Play policies:

• Reporting: Users can report any direct message, group message, or profile containing inappropriate content using the "Report" feature. 🚀

• Blocking: Users have the right to block any other user instantly from private and group communications. Once blocked, mutual communication and visibility are restricted.

• Moderation: We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate community standards based on accumulated reports.

6. Data Retention & Deletion
Users have full control over their data.

• Instant Deletion: Through the "Delete Account" button in settings, all user records (email, name, stats, matches) are permanently removed from our Firebase servers.

• Irreversibility: Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

7. Children’s Privacy
The app is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

8. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.

MatchMaker - Account & Data Deletion Request 

To request the deletion of your MatchMaker account and all associated data, please follow one of the methods below:

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the MatchMaker app.

2. Go to the Profile section.

3. Tap on Settings (or look at the bottom of the page).

4. Tap the "Delete Account" button and confirm.
   All your data (Email, Name, Match history, Stats) will be permanently deleted from our Firebase servers immediately.

Method 2: Deletion via Email
If you have already uninstalled the app and wish to delete your data, please send an email to hasanorcang@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

• Subject: Data Deletion Request

• Body: Please delete my account and all data associated with [Your Name/Email].

• Processing Time: Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Data to be Deleted:
Upon request, we delete: Email address, Display name, Avatar index, Skill statistics (OVR, PAC, etc.), and Match history created by you.
