2. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice: MatchDay - Soccer Tracker provides fitness data, including heart rate (BPM) and calorie estimation, for informational purposes only.
Physical Activity Risk: Soccer is a high-intensity sport. Users should consult a physician before engaging in physical activity.
Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that using the app during a match involves physical risk, and MatchDay - Soccer Tracker is not liable for injuries or health complications sustained during play.

3. One-Time Purchase & Pro Features

Lifetime Access: A one-time purchase grants permanent access to all current Pro features - Personal Growth Rings, Hall of Fame and Advanced Analytics.
No Recurring Fees: There are no monthly or annual subscription fees associated with this purchase.
Refund Policy: All purchases are final and processed through the Apple App Store. Requests for refunds must be directed to Apple Support, as MatchDay - Soccer Tracker does not manage transaction reversals.
Feature Availability: While your purchase covers all current Pro features, future experimental updates or major versions may be subject to updated terms.

4. Data & Privacy

Apple Health Integration: MatchDay - Soccer Tracker requests permission to read and write data to the Apple Health App (HealthKit) to track active calories and contribute to your Activity Rings.
Location Services: To generate match density heatmaps, the app collects GPS location data during active match sessions.
On-Device Storage: Match data is stored locally on your Apple Watch and synced to your iPhone upon match completion.

5. Accuracy of Metrics

GPS and Sensors: While the app tracks Peak MPH and total distance, accuracy depends on hardware limitations and GPS signal strength.
Heart Rate: Heart rate data is dependent on the Apple Watch's built-in sensors and may vary based on skin contact or movement.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the application or manipulate match event data (Goals/Assists) to artificially inflate Career Totals or Hall of Fame rankings.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, UI designs (including the Dashboard and Controls layouts), and branding are the exclusive property of the developer of MatchDay - Soccer Tracker.

8. Limitation of Liability

MatchDay - Soccer Tracker is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that match data will always be captured without interruption.

MatchDay - Soccer Tracker collects the following types of data to provide its core functionality:

Health & Fitness Data (HealthKit): With your permission, the App reads and writes data to the Apple Health App. This includes Heart Rate (BPM) and Active Calories. This data is used solely to provide live match stats and to contribute to your Apple Activity Rings.
Location Data: The App requests access to your location during active matches to generate Density Heatmaps. This data is processed to show your movement on the pitch.
Performance Metrics: We track match-specific data such as Goals, Assists, Peak MPH, and Total Distance.

3. Data Storage & Syncing

On-Device Storage: Your match data is initially stored locally on your Apple Watch.
Local Syncing: Data is synced directly from your Apple Watch to your iPhone upon completion of a match.
iCloud: If you have iCloud enabled, your data may be backed up to your personal iCloud storage. We do not host your match data on external, third-party servers.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

No Sale of Data: We never sell your personal, health, or location data to third parties.
No Marketing: Your HealthKit and location data are never used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services: MatchDay - Soccer Tracker does not share your information with any third-party analytics or tracking companies.

5. Your Controls & Permissions

Permission Management: You can grant or revoke access to HealthKit and Location Services at any time through the Settings app on your iPhone or Apple Watch.
Data Deletion: You can delete individual matches directly within the App. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by us.

6. Children’s Privacy

MatchDay - Soccer Tracker is designed for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. All data remains on the user's personal device.
