We have received quite a few letters from readers. "I can't lose weight" is the most common subject before the summer holidays. Apparently you urgently need help from our nutritionist!
"A year ago, I started to stop eating fast food and sweets. I go to the gym thrice a week, do abdominal exercises every day, and jog every morning. And despite all these efforts, I hardly lose any weight. I have only lost 6 kg this year but want to lose 10-12 kg. What should I do?"

"I've been wanting to lose weight ever since I was a child. I don't eat much and I have hard physical work. After work I play volleyball or go swimming. And yet I'm still fat! Despite my active lifestyle, my body weight remains at 82 kg, and I can't lose weight. But if I eat a little chocolate or miss a workout, I immediately gain 3-4 kilos. Help me!"
Melanie, 41 years old
I know "eternal diets" all too well. I am visited by many men and women who simply don't know what to do anymore because they are so desperate. They spend many months eating salads and apples, spend a lot of time in the gym, forgo desserts, and still don't lose weight! They have tried absolutely everything but simply don't get any results. None of the diets seem to help."

What is the cause of this? It's all down to a slow metabolism. If you are gaining weight quickly, it's because of your metabolism. Diets affect this metabolism even more. So if you are overweight, strict diets are actually counterproductive for you.
Low-calorie diets are pure stress for your body. It feels like a "hunger strike" and the body will want to use less energy. At the same time, it will create more fat reserves for the stress situation, even though you are following a diet or exercising regularly.
On the other hand, if your body is completely stress-free, it can get rid of fat reserves more easily. This is very difficult to achieve naturally. You need a special supplement to stimulate your metabolism.
The life of Buddhist monks in ancient monasteries in Laos is a perfect example. They sit and pray almost all day long, receive numerous donations from visitors, and have a daily feast before going to sleep.
As a normal European with a slow metabolism and a body weight of over 100kg, this is difficult to understand. But the monks in Laos stay slim and healthy even in old age!
My colleagues investigated this phenomenon in the 1980s. They discovered that there is a ritual between praying and meditating. The monks drink a cup of matcha. Matcha tea is a delicious drink based on powdered Japanese tea leaves. The monks believe that it helps them stay fit, prevent disease and maintain their weight.
Matcha tea has been clinically proven to improve the cardiovascular, vascular, and encephalic systems, promote tissue regeneration, and even prevent signs of aging, such as sagging skin (ptosis).
In Germany, matcha is sold under the brand name Matcha Slim. The product also contains taurine, a carbohydrate that stimulates digestion. It also uses citrus acid to eliminate toxins, salts, and other dangerous substances in your body. This drink helps you lose weight faster than regular matcha tea. Based on my experience, you can lose up to 12-15 kg in 3-4 weeks with Matcha Slim—even if you have never been able to lose weight with diets or exercise before.
That's why my clients use Matcha Slim in their diet plans. This is what they look like today. These pictures have been published with their consent:
