Mata Tech respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Money Tracker 360 handles information when you use the app.
Money Tracker 360 is a personal money-management application. The app does not require users to create a Money Tracker 360 account or register with Mata Tech.
Most financial information is stored locally on the user's device. Certain optional features, such as Google Drive backup, and third-party services, such as Google AdMob, may transmit limited information off the device as described below.
Money Tracker 360 may store information entered or created by you, including:
Income and expense transactions
Account names and balances
Loan and other financial records
Categories and subcategories
Notes and transaction details
Photos attached to transactions
App preferences and display settings
Backup and export information
This information is normally stored locally on your device.
Mata Tech does not operate a separate online account system for storing your Money Tracker 360 financial records.
Money Tracker 360 provides an optional Google Drive backup and restore feature.
If you choose to enable this feature:
You select and connect your own Google account.
The app uses Google Sign-In and Google Drive services to access files created by Money Tracker 360 for backup purposes.
Your Money Tracker 360 backup data may include financial records, transactions, account information, settings and other app data.
Photos attached to transactions may also be included in the backup.
The email address of the connected Google account may be displayed or stored by the app to identify which Google account is connected for backup.
Backup files are uploaded to the Google Drive account selected by you.
Using Google Drive backup is optional. You can continue using Money Tracker 360 without connecting a Google account.
Mata Tech does not operate a separate server that receives or stores a copy of your Google Drive backup. Your Google Drive files are handled through Google's services and are subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
Money Tracker 360 may allow you to create local backup files and export information, including CSV or spreadsheet files.
When you choose to save, export or share a file, Android's system file picker, share interface, file manager, email application, messaging application, cloud-storage application or another service selected by you may handle the file.
Mata Tech does not control how third-party applications or services selected by you handle files after you choose to share or save them outside Money Tracker 360.
Money Tracker 360 allows you to attach photos to transactions where supported.
Photos selected or captured by you are stored in app-managed local storage. If you enable Google Drive backup, attached photos may also be uploaded to your selected Google Drive account as part of the backup.
Camera, photo-picker or gallery access is used only when you choose to add or manage a photo.
Money Tracker 360 displays advertisements using Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or process information such as:
Approximate location derived from information such as an IP address
App interactions
Diagnostic information
Device or other identifiers
This information may be used or shared by Google for purposes including:
Advertising and measuring ad performance
Analytics
Fraud prevention, security and compliance
Advertising services operate under Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.
Money Tracker 360 does not require you to enter financial information for the purpose of receiving advertisements.
Money Tracker 360 uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) where applicable to manage advertising-related consent and privacy choices.
Depending on your location, applicable laws and Google requirements, you may be shown a consent message or privacy options relating to advertising.
Where required, advertising requests are handled according to the consent status and privacy choices provided through Google's consent system.
A Privacy Choices option may also be made available inside the app when required by the consent platform.
Money Tracker 360 does not sell your personal financial records.
Information may leave your device in the following circumstances:
When you voluntarily enable Google Drive backup and your app data is uploaded to your selected Google Drive account.
When you voluntarily export or share files using another application or service.
When Google Mobile Ads and related advertising services process information necessary to provide, measure and protect advertisements.
The financial records stored in Money Tracker 360 are intended primarily for the app's money-management, backup and restore functionality.
Money Tracker 360 may use device capabilities or permissions required to provide its features, including:
Internet access for Google Drive backup, Google services and advertisements
Camera or photo-selection functionality when you choose to attach a photo
Android system file-selection or sharing interfaces for backup, restore and export
Permission availability and behaviour may vary depending on your Android version and device manufacturer.
The app requests access only when required for supported functionality.
Money Tracker 360 uses secure network connections when communicating with supported online services.
Locally stored information remains on your device unless you choose a feature that transfers it elsewhere, such as Google Drive backup or file sharing.
Google Drive backups are associated with the Google account selected by you and are protected according to the security controls applicable to that Google account and Google's services.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Local Money Tracker 360 information remains on your device until you:
Edit or delete individual records
Reset app data using an available reset feature
Clear the app's storage through Android settings
Uninstall the app
Restore different backup data
Google Drive backup files may remain in your Google Drive account until they are removed, replaced or otherwise managed through the app or Google Drive.
You may manage or delete files stored in your own Google Drive account using Google Drive.
Money Tracker 360 does not create a Mata Tech online user account, and Mata Tech does not maintain a separate server containing your Money Tracker 360 financial database. Therefore, the app does not provide a separate online account-data deletion request portal.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads is retained and handled according to the applicable third party's policies.
Money Tracker 360 is a general personal financial-record application and is not specifically designed or directed at children.
Mata Tech does not knowingly request children to provide personal financial information to Mata Tech through the app.
Third-party services used by the app may apply their own age-related, advertising and privacy requirements.
Money Tracker 360 may use or interact with third-party services including:
Google Drive
Google Sign-In / Google identity services
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)
Android system file-selection and sharing services
Other applications or services explicitly selected by the user for file sharing or storage
These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Money Tracker 360 features, third-party services, permissions, legal requirements or data-handling practices change.
Any updated version will be published with a revised effective date.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
