My grade 11 scientific work which revolves around the interests of Al-Izhar highschool's students on exercising and more specifically weightlifting and weight training. I chose this specific topic because of my huge interest of weightlifitng at the time in year 11, and so I made it my topic for this scientific work. Because of how much I really liked the topic, I had absolutely no problem with working on it because it was really fun for me.

Cikoneng Village, is one of the villages located in Cikoneng District, Ciamis Regency, West Java Province, which is 450 M from the sub-district center, and 9.5 KM from the center of Ciamis City.

The experience of staying in Cikoneng village for 3 days and 4 nights for me was very informative and also fun, the host parents also welcomed me and my friends with good hospitality.

On the first day, my group and I went to the elementary school to watch and play soccer with the children. The second day, we took a walk and saw the sights of Cikoneng village together, and also learned about the process of processing bamboo for our scientific work. Apart from that, we also carried out social actions with elementary school children by teaching them how to play badminton. chess, and football. The third day, we just spent our remaining time completing our assignments and also spending time with the host parents.
