I completed my PhD at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, under the supervision of Emmanuel Dror-Farjoun in 2012. After postdoc positions in the Netherlands and Germany, I left academia 6 years ago and transitioned to tech.
Since then I worked as a data scientist, AI researcher and Cryptography teacher and researcher.
I'm currently based in Berlin and work for the Ethereum Foundation. I was part of PSE for about a year, where I ran a course on Elliptic curves and did some research on Fully Homomorphic Encryption. I continued my path at EF as part of Stateless Consensus team, where I ran a seminar on STARK and did some Topological Data Analysis for state expiry and hack detection.
Fun facts: I grew up in a Kibbutz and have an Erdos number 4.
