The Application does not gather precise real-time location information of your mobile device. The Application does not utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data.
•All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): This is required to allow the app to browse, edit, delete, move, and copy files across your entire storage. Your files are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third party.
To function as a file management tool, the Application requires access to your device's internal and external storage, including your photos, videos, audio files, documents, and other downloaded media.
• Local Processing: All file operations (such as viewing, deleting, moving, or renaming files) are executed strictly on your local mobile device.

File Manager By Masvi is a local utility.
No File Uploads: While the app requires "All Files Access" to perform its core functions (copy, move, rename, delete), we do not upload, transmit, or store your personal files (photos, videos, docs) on any external servers.
Private Vault & Trash Bin: Features like the Private Vault and Trash Bin operate entirely on your device’s local storage. We do not have access to the contents of your vault or deleted files.
• The Application may store locally generated thumbnails and performance-related data on your device to ensure a fast and smooth user experience. This data stays strictly on your device and is never uploaded to any server.
• Private Vault: The Application provides a local Private Vault feature. Files moved to the vault are stored in a secure, isolated local directory. These files remain on your device and are never shared or uploaded.
• No Server Uploads: The Service Provider does not upload, collect, transfer, or store your personal files, photos, or videos on any external cloud servers. Your personal files remain completely private to you.
•Internet Access: Used solely for displaying advertisements and app performance monitoring (Crashlytics).
The Application utilizes third-party services that collect, monitor, and analyze data to improve app performance and serve advertisements. These third-party providers handle data according to their own Privacy Policies.

•AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data (such as Advertising ID) to show personalized ads. You can manage these settings in your device's Google settings. They may use your Advertising ID to show relevant ads.

ur mobile application uses Liftoff Monetize to display advertisements. The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. In compliance with Google Play standards, all data transmitted between the Application and its third-party service providers (such as crash logs and analytics data) is securely encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).
The Service Provider will retain automatically collected data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.
Data Retention & Destruction
• Feedback Data: Kept only as long as needed to resolve support queries.
• Trash Bin: Files stay in the local trash folder for 30 days before permanent deletion.
• Destruction: Once data's purpose is met, it is deleted from our database and device storage using non-restorable methods.
Regardless of your region, you can:
• Revoke Consent: Go to the app's More > Privacy Settings menu to change your ad and data preferences.
• Request Deletion: Email us to delete any feedback or support data.
• Uninstall: You can stop all collection by uninstalling the app.
• Right to Delete: You have the absolute right to request the deletion of any data associated with your usage.
• How to Request Deletion: You can easily request your data to be deleted by sending an explicit email request to kotadiyanikunjbhai@gmail.com - The Service Provider will process and permanently remove your data within a reasonable timeframe.
• Opt-Out: You can stop all data collection instantly by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from the servers.
