Thank you for using GetLead ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), developed by Sanju Yadav. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you download, install, and use the GetLead mobile application.
GetLead is an intelligent lead discovery and outbound client acquisition tool designed to help professionals, businesses, agencies, and freelancers find publicly available commercial contact information across the web.
We are committed to user privacy and transparency. This Privacy Policy complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, Google AdMob Policies, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
1. Summary of Key Points
• 100% Free & No Account Required: You do not need to register, log in, or provide any personal details (such as your name, personal email, address, or password) to use the App.
• On-Device Storage Only: All your search queries, discovered leads, and saved contact lists are stored locally on your device. We do not run external servers or databases that collect or store your discovered leads.
• Public Commercial Information Only: The App searches publicly accessible web information (such as public business listings, business websites, and social profiles) already published online by businesses themselves.
• Advertising: The App is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage metrics to serve relevant ads.
• We Do Not Sell Your Data: We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information.
2. Information Handled by the App
A. Information Stored Locally on Your Device:
• Search Queries & Selected Filters: The business niches (e.g., "Real Estate", "Dentists"), target locations (e.g., city or region), and platform filters you choose.
• Discovered Business Contacts: Public business names, public email addresses, phone numbers, websites, and social profile links extracted from public web searches.
• Storage Location: This data is stored strictly on your local device using Android SharedPreferences. It never leaves your device and is never uploaded to any developer server.
B. Outbound Communication Actions:
When you tap to email, call, open a website, or contact a business on WhatsApp:
• The App delegates these actions directly to your device's native apps (such as your default dialer, email client, browser, or WhatsApp).
• The App does not monitor, record, or store your private messages, conversations, or calls.
C. Technical Data Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services (AdMob):
To keep the App free for everyone, we display ads using Google AdMob. Google AdMob automatically collects certain non-personally identifiable technical information from your device, including:
• Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID).
• Device Specifications: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, mobile carrier, and language.
• General Location Information: Approximate location derived from IP address (at city or country level; the App does not collect precise GPS location).
• Ad Interaction & Diagnostics: Impressions, clicks, app crashes, and ANR performance reports.
3. Google AdMob & Advertising Compliance
We use Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) as our advertising partner.
How Google Uses Data:
Google AdMob uses collected device identifiers to:
• Serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements based on user preferences and regional consent.
• Enforce frequency capping (so you don't see the same ad repeatedly).
• Detect and prevent invalid traffic, fraud, and bot activity.
• Measure advertising performance and ad delivery.
User Consent & Opt-Out (GDPR, CCPA & Android Settings):
• EEA/UK Consent: In regions where consent is legally required, a Google-certified consent management dialog is presented allowing users to accept or customize ad preferences.
• Device Opt-Out: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads anytime through your Android device settings:
Open Settings > Google > Ads.
Tap Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.

4. In-App Review & Rating
GetLead integrates the official Google Play In-App Review API (in_app_review) allowing you to rate the App and leave feedback on the Google Play Store. When you tap "Rate Us", you interact directly with the Google Play Store interface. No personal information is collected by us during this process.
5. How Discovered Lead Information is Sourced and Used
• GetLead functions as an intelligent web search aggregator querying publicly indexed internet search engines (such as DuckDuckGo and public search indexes).
• The App does not hack, scrape private accounts, access password-protected data, or access private social media feeds.
• All displayed contact details (business support emails, business telephone numbers) are publicly indexed information intended for professional B2B discovery.
• User Control: You own and control all discovered leads on your device. You can export them at any time to CSV or PDF, or delete them instantly using the "Clear Leads" option.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is only shared with third parties under the following limited circumstances:
1. Google AdMob: For ad serving and ad measurement, strictly as described in Section 3.
2. Legal Compliance: If required by applicable law, regulation, subpoena, or lawful request from public authorities.
3. Protection: To prevent fraud, protect the security of the App, and enforce our terms of service.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
• Local Lead Data: All saved leads, searches, and preferences remain on your device until you choose to delete them.
• Instant Deletion: You can tap Clear Leads in the App menu to delete all saved leads immediately.
• Uninstalling: Uninstalling GetLead from your device automatically and permanently deletes all locally stored leads, preferences, and data.
8. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
GetLead is a B2B productivity tool and is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided any personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
9. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have statutory privacy rights:
• Right to Access & Portability: You have full access to your saved leads inside the App and can export them to CSV or PDF at any time.
• Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can delete all your data instantly within the App or by clearing App storage in your device settings.
• Right to Opt-Out of Ad Personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
• Non-Discrimination: We will never discriminate against you for exercising your legal privacy rights.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical precautions to safeguard the App. All communication between the App and external web search APIs or AdMob uses encrypted HTTPS/TLS protocols. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the "Effective Date" and "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
