To ensure food safety and maintain our quality standards, we cannot allow outside food in our kitchen. Please have children eat before arriving. Water will be provided. 

Doors will open 10 minutes prior to the party start time. During this time, the birthday child’s parents are welcome to drop off the cake and set up any additional decorations. 

We provide some balloons, You are more than welcome to bring additional balloons and decorations. 

Our kitchen facilities use products that contain nuts, gluten, and dairy. However, on the day, we will not have any nuts involved. If a guest can not have dairy or gluten, please inform us prior to the party as we can cater to the individual. 

B.Y.O. cake. However, you may purchase a custom ice cream cake from us in store for the party. We recommend ordering at least two weeks in advance. 

We provide plates and spoons for the cake, as well as a knife and lighter. You just need to provide the cake & candles. 

The party will take place in both the kitchen and the front-of-house area, so we will need these spaces for the children. The birthday child’s parents are welcome to stay for the full duration of the party. Parents of guests are welcome to drop off and return at the end of the party.
