• I specialize in transforming your windows with Custom Window Treatment Design, from selection to fabrication and installation.   My specialty is understanding what you want and need, assisting you in understanding options for a solution, and in translating what you need into the specifications for those who masterfully sew and install.  This process has led to many delighted clients, and numerous awards for Custom Window Treatment Design.  

• Custom blinds, cellular and roller shades, interior shutters, draperies and curtains, and fabric shades (Roman, Balloon, and Austrian shades) are included in my custom window treatment options for you.  Automated options for all window coverings are also available, including automated draperies on decorative poles, solar motorized blinds and shades, blackout and room darkening motorized shades, and smart blinds and shades integrated with your smart home, or Alexa or Google Home devices.  I use local workroom artisans as much as possible, and professional installers. 

• An initial Custom Window Treatment Consultation is $250, half of which is applicable to your order.

• Consider me your Color Safety Net.  There are only three aspects you can change about a color to get it right, but there are three different aspects of what we call Color.  Colors need to be right for you, and for what you own and love, and how you live in each space, so a Masterworks interior design paint color consultation begins with a lot of questions and listening, to understand what is not working, and how to transform your space with color in a way you will love.

• I specialize in Paint Color Consultation for Residential Interiors and Exteriors.  A Paint Color Consultation is $250 for most exteriors, and for interiors the fee is a minimum of $250 for the first three spaces, $45 for rooms 4,5, and 6, $15 for room 7 (7 rooms for $400), and $35 for all additional spaces.  In most cases, we will be selecting in your home;  I do however have a number of clients for whom we have selected paint colors for homes located in other regions.

• Paint Color Consultation includes a spreadsheet Color Story of your colors and finishes.  I do need to know which brand of paint you or your contractor prefer.  If we are using Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams colors, I will also send larger memo chips to your home for your records, and for confirmation of your selections.

• Whether just one room or multiple spaces, I am happy to work closely with you to comprehensively transform your Residential Interiors into spaces which feel personal, and become spaces which you will love to be in.  We begin with an initial in home Design Consultation to brainstorm together what is not working, and create a rough list of what you will need, to better determine the scope of the project, and whether we are a good fit to work together.  Larger projects require insight, and time.  We both need to be confident that I am the best person to assist you in achieving the transformation you desire.  As with my other services, that initial Design Consult is $250, of which half is applicable to the larger project.

• Design Services may include space planning, specifying furnishings and finishes, advising on selection and sourcing of color, wallcovering, custom window treatments, flooring, and lighting.  Any structural work needed would be referred to other professionals.  

• Some clients prefer to work with me on a plan, and do their own purchasing.  Others prefer that I leverage my ability to source and obtain trade discounts, at cost plus a purchasing management fee.  I do limit the number of comprehensive projects to just a few each year.

• I am experienced in Custom Reupholstery Design, assessing the furniture to evaluate the merits of whether to reupholster it, determining what structural repair it may need, and pairing the right fabric for each piece, in terms of durability, and response to the sculptural shape of the furniture.

• For homes with pets who are allowed on the furniture, or for ottomans, we can create a matching fabric cover for everyday use, easily removeable when company arrives.

• An initial Design Consultation for Custom Reupholstery is $250, half of which is applicable to your order.  

• Whether you begin with the art, or add the art later, a room which looks as though it is inspired by the works of art within it is always interesting, distinctive, and well-balanced.  I offer Art selection, sourcing and framing, as needed.  I have also assisted clients with framing choices for art they have already purchased or inherited.  An initial Design Consultation will help us determine the best approach for your home.

• For professional businesses, framing of client testimonials is another service I have provided.

• Hanging art and placing accessories (Redesign of what you already own) is yet another related service I offer.  In some cases, I will have my installer hang the art.  Quoted for each project or by the hour.
