End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and MasterWheel (the "Developer") for the use of the MasterWheel app (the "App").

1. Grant of License

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on your personal device(s) for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, sell, or rent the App or any part of it.

2. Restrictions

You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the App to harm or exploit others. You may not use the App to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or any other systems or networks.

3. Investment Advice Disclaimer

The App is not intended to provide investment advice. You should not rely on the App for investment decisions. You should always consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

4. Termination

The Developer may terminate this EULA at any time for any reason. You may also terminate this EULA by deleting the App from your device.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and the Developer makes no warranties, express or implied, about the App. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be error-free or that it will meet your requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with the App or this EULA.

7. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

8. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer with respect to the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

9. Sever-ability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this EULA and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this EULA shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

11. Headings

The headings in this EULA are for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation.

12. Counterparts

This EULA may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
