By downloading, installing, or using Master My Typing ("App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Master My Typing. Your continued use of the App after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Master My Typing is a typing tutor application designed to help users improve keyboard skills through structured lessons and practice exercises.
The App includes:
Beginner typing lessons
Keyboard familiarization
Basic typing exercises
Advanced typing lessons
Progressive learning paths
Additional practice exercises
Speed and accuracy improvement lessons
Typing speed (WPM)
Accuracy statistics
Lesson completion
Learning progress
The App is intended for educational and productivity purposes only.
You must be at least 4 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
The App does not require account registration.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
You may not:
Copy or redistribute the App
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Rent, lease, sublicense, or sell the App
Remove copyright or trademark notices
Use the App to create a competing product
Master My Typing offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Available plans and pricing are displayed within the App and may change over time.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours before renewal.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Any free trial offered will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refunds are handled solely by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

You retain ownership of your typing progress and locally stored data.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
Progress is stored locally on your device.
We do not upload or store your typing data on our servers.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device if desired.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions.
Modify or interfere with the App's operation.
Distribute unauthorized copies of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate access if these Terms are violated.
Master My Typing, including its software, design, branding, graphics, logos, lessons, and content, is owned by the App developer and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will meet every user's expectations.
The App will always be available.
The App will be free of bugs or interruptions.
Typing improvements or specific learning outcomes are guaranteed.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of data or progress
Business interruption
Lost profits
Any damages arising from your use of the App
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App during the previous twelve (12) months, or $1.00 USD if no payment has been made.

The App relies on Apple services, including:
Apple App Store
Apple In-App Purchases
Your use of these services is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services.
We may release updates, improvements, or new features through the Apple App Store.
We reserve the right to:
Modify App functionality
Add or remove features
Suspend or discontinue the App
without prior notice.
These Terms remain effective until terminated.
We may terminate your right to use the App if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove it from your devices.
Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
Any disputes should first be resolved through good-faith discussions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights granted under applicable law.
These Terms are between you and the developer of Master My Typing, not Apple Inc.
The license granted is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
Apple is not responsible for warranties relating to the App.
The developer—not Apple—is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App.
Apple is not responsible for resolving intellectual property claims involving the App.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them where applicable.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
When material changes occur, we will:
Update the "Last Updated" date.
Publish the updated Terms.
Notify users within the App when appropriate.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
