To ensure fairness and maintain scheduling efficiency, the following policy applies to all tutoring sessions:
Students must provide at least 24 hoursβ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur any charges and can be rescheduled within the package period.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursβ notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.
This fee will be deducted from the package or billed separately.
If a student misses a session without prior notice, the full session cost will be charged and deducted from the package balance.
Students who cancel or reschedule more than 3 times within a 10-session period may be required to:
Have their booking status reviewed
Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the tutorβs discretion.
Please communicate any unforeseen circumstances as promptly as possible.
Packages are non-refundable once started.
However, unused hours may be credited toward future sessions if cancellations comply with this policy.
