Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness and maintain scheduling efficiency, the following policy applies to all tutoring sessions:

⏰ Cancellation Notice

• Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur any charges and can be rescheduled within the package period.

⚠️ Late Cancellation Fee

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.

• This fee will be deducted from the package or billed separately.

❌ Missed Sessions (No Notice)

• If a student misses a session without prior notice, the full session cost will be charged and deducted from the package balance.

🔁 Repeated Cancellations

• Students who cancel or reschedule more than 3 times within a 10-session period may be required to:

• • Have their booking status reviewed

🚨 Emergency Exceptions

• Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the tutor’s discretion.

• Please communicate any unforeseen circumstances as promptly as possible.

💳 Refunds for Packages

• Packages are non-refundable once started.

• However, unused hours may be credited toward future sessions if cancellations comply with this policy.
