You
want to run the 9 Conversations program helping refugees or other new arrivals wishing to start a business.
have looked at the 9C package but would like extra help in implementing it
are aiming to integrate the 9C program in your (organisation's) activities
are maybe part of a small team wanting to implement 9C in your organisation
are a volunteer or work in an organisation supporting refugees or other migrants
In this course you will go through nine steps that will help you create your one page business model for offering the 9 Conversations programme in your context. Why nine steps? Because the Business Model Canvas we use to describe business ideas has nine sections and one of the primary aims of both 9C and M9C is to widen professional networks trhough contact. However, we do not only look at one section per step since there a few additional topics to cover about how to offer and run the programme.
The overall result of this course will be that you produce a completed BMC diagram that you can then present or pitch to this study group and to your organisation that describes how you plan to implement the 9 Conversations programme. The BMC diagram is just one sheet of A4 paper (maybe A3!) but behind every section of that diagram will be a great deal of planning.
The M9C programme will also support you in tailoring the 9C materials to your context (location and organisation).
Finally, you will also produce at least one short video on your phone that will be a case study of one refugee business in your area.
Time to get ready.
