Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional ₹50 handling fee.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the delivery fails after these attempts, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

Re-shipping of RTO orders will incur additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive a damaged package, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and replace or refund your order once confirmed.

9. Pre-Order & Custom Products
