Felicia Troy has dedicated her life to athletics, leadership, and inspiring young athletes to reach their full potential. Her journey began in competitive gymnastics, where she trained and competed with Bay State Gymnastics Academy. Felicia began coaching at BSGA, where she spent the next 12 years mentoring gymnasts and building her passion for athlete development.
Alongside gymnastics, Felicia discovered a love for cheerleading at an early age. She cheered at Bishop Stang High School before continuing her cheer career at Stonehill College, where she cheered all four years and competed at the prestigious NCA Nationals in Daytona, FL. After graduation, she spent one year coaching a college cheer team, sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport.
Felicia’s leadership continued at the community level, coaching cheerleading with ORYF for three years, where her teams achieved success at both the league and regional levels. In addition to cheer and gymnastics, she has been a lifelong dancer at Dancemakers Studio, where she has trained and performed for 30 years.
Outside of athletics, Felicia is a Travel Sales Manager at AAA Northeast, where she combines her passion for helping people with her love of exploring the world. Whether through sports or travel, Felicia is dedicated to creating opportunities for growth, connection, and lasting memories.
Felicia’s mission is to not only develop strong athletes but also to build confidence, resilience, and teamwork that extend far beyond the mat. Her lifelong dedication to gymnastics, cheer, and coaching reflects her belief that sports have the power to shape both character and community.
Coaching has been a lifelong passion for Courtlyn. For the past 15 years, she has guided athletes in both All Star Cheerleading and Pop Warner, leading teams to countless awards and unforgettable moments. Starting her coaching career volunteering with Old Rochester Pop Warner she then became a head coach, still volunteering, this time with Fairhaven Pop Warner. In 2013, she opened the area’s first dedicated cheerleading gym—a dream realized—before selling it and relocating across the country, where she continued to coach at Cali Coast Elite, an established All Star program. After moving back to the area she spent 3 years volunteering back with Old Rochester Pop Warner where she lead a team to Nationals.
Even after stepping away, Courtlyn always finds her way back to coaching. Her focus remains on instilling dedication, hard work, and confidence—both in athletic performance and in life.
Outside the gym, Courtlyn thrives in another high-energy environment as a Pediatric and Critical Care Registered Nurse. She also loves skiing, traveling and playing with and guiding her two young children.
Whether on the mat or in the hospital, she is committed to helping others reach their fullest potential.
