The Use Case

The current process has many manual steps. After a customer completes the online form, a Care Package Designer manually pulls up the form results stored in Google Sheets, and based on the Movie Name and Favorite Character, visits each of the Partner Vendor Websites to find good products to add to the MassiveMovieBox.

The Care Package Designer continues to search for products, creating a list of CarePackageItem records, each with a Description, Link, Vendor, and Price:

Once the Care Package List is complete, the Care Package Designer sends the spreadsheet of CarePackageItems to Procurement so the items can be assembled and sent to the customer.
