I was born in Turin the 21st of July 1995, I am now living in Ireland where I am studying to obtain a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Thanks to a 5-year double degree programme, I received my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Engineering and Business from Politecnico di Torino and Athlone Institute of Technology. Through this experience, I spent 2 out of 5 years studying in Ireland, and I completed two international working experiences, respectively in South Africa and Spain.
Today, I am in my 4th year of a funded Ph.D. programme at the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) on Entrepreneurship and Innovation. I am working along with Prof. Teresa O'Hara, Prof. Paolo Landoni and Prof. Paul Liston and the title of my project is "Understanding Incubators and Accelerators: analysis of their social and economic impact on innovation and entrepreneurship".
Throughout my PhD I was awarded with the prestigious Irish Research Council scholarship to help me complete my research.
In addition to this I am International Student Officer in TUS, representing students from more than 70 different countries.
