Coaching

Participants in the SSEA Initiative may receive individualized coaching designed to help your school improve student attendance and engagement. Coaches work alongside school teams to examine data, identify root causes, strengthen systems and practices, and implement strategies aligned with your goals. Through ongoing collaboration and support, coaching helps build the knowledge, skills, and capacity needed to create lasting improvements for students.
