dates. Lots will be broken by age, so it is important to fill in the birth date on the entry form. All livestock should be clean and trimmed. All livestock must be dry bedded. Due to sanitary and safety regulations, all walkways in the barns must be kept clear of feed, supplies, equipment, bedding, etc. Please check health rules. Some classes may be combined after entry. Fans are limited to one fan per each three heads of livestock. Please note the fair is required to issue a 1099 to any exhibitor whose gross premiums are $600 or more. Overnight sleeping rules: Those staying must have adult supervision and observe quiet hours after the completion
of fair activities for night. Any youth planning to spend the night should inform Board President Tammie Obermark that he or she will be there, and give her the name of the adult who will be with him or her. No livestock may be in the camping area.
Steer show will be at noon Saturday, July 19.
Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion females over-all will receive trophies. In addition, Shawnee Beef Association will present $100 to the exhibitor of the Grand Champion female, $50 to the exhibitor of the Reserve Grand Champion female and awards to the champion and reserve champion cow/calf pairs
