A memorable photo with Presbyterian Commission member New England USA
The leaders of the Presbyterian Commission Church of Canada called Matthew from America and welcomed him. It was a memorable moment.
When it comes to serving God, ordination plays a crucial role. Although millions worldwide choose to serve without it, the scriptures offer undeniable evidence that ordination is necessary to serve our God faithfully and orderly. After all, our God is a God of order, and ordination ensures that we can serve Him in the most effective way possible.
What are the disadvantages of serving without ordination?
1: Those who are not strong in Christian teaching and faith may create misunderstandings among people if they perform the service head-on.
2: A few people serve on their behalf, but they are disorganized because they have not been educated in a regular Bible school and they have not studied the scriptures thoroughly, so there are many opportunities for mistakes. They may be spiritually strong, but they need to seek out physical knowledge to be able to perform regular and orderly service, so many families may be ruined by their service. Or the church may suffer a loss. We need to be wary of such people. Rather, such people need to first go to Bible school and learn, then practice their ministry and become people. After spending 2 to 3 years with the priest, they can then be released into the field of service and appointed to a position, and their formal ordination ceremony can be performed, so some of them can be appointed to these positions.
