Our app is designed to provide a dynamic live wallpaper experience.

Location Data: The app requests access to your device's location (Approximate or Precise) solely to provide accurate, real-time weather information for your specific area on the wallpaper.
Ephemeral Processing: This location data is processed ephemerally. This means the data is used in the device's memory only to fetch the weather and is not stored on any server, nor is it linked to any personal identifier.
To provide weather data, the app may use a third-party weather API. These services receive your location data only to return the weather forecast. We do not use any third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track your behavior.
We take the security of the minimal data we process seriously. Because we do not store your data on any servers, the risk of a data breach is significantly minimized.
Our app does not collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, we are fully compliant with COPPA and similar regulations.
By using our app and granting location permissions, you consent to the processing of your location for the sole purpose of displaying local weather information. You can revoke this permission at any time through your device's system settings.

When you upload your app to the Play Console, you must fill out the Data Safety form. For a weather app like yours, here is how you should answer:

Is all of the user data collected by your app encrypted in transit? * Select Yes (Assuming your app uses HTTPS to get weather data).

Collected: Yes.
Shared: No (unless you send it to a third-party weather service that Google considers a "share").
Ephemeral Processing: Select Yes, this collected data is processed ephemerally. This is the most important part—it tells Google you aren't saving the location on a server.
