Welcome to Khedmot Center, an application developed and operated by Mashqul Quran Foundation (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (Khedmot Center) and any related services.

Full name, phone number, and email address (provided during registration or profile updates)

Registration number, address, and other profile details

Information submitted in teacher service, job, or education-related requests

b) Images & Files

Profile pictures uploaded through the app

Documents or images attached to service requests

c) Location Data

Device location (GPS) — collected only with your explicit permission, used for prayer time calculation (Adhan)

We do not store or share your precise location with third parties

d) Device & Usage Information

Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers

App usage data: screens visited, buttons tapped, and app interactions

Notification interaction data (opened, dismissed)

e) Firebase & Push Notification Data

Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token — used to send push notifications to your device

We use Firebase, a service provided by Google, for app analytics and messaging

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To create and manage your account within the app

To process and respond to teacher service, job, and education-related requests

To display accurate prayer times (Salah timings) based on your location

To send push notifications about important updates, announcements, and service status

To personalize your experience within the application

To communicate with you via phone, email, or WhatsApp as needed

To improve the quality and functionality of our services

To ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

With authorized administrators who manage and respond to service/job requests

With service providers (e.g., Firebase by Google) necessary to operate the app

When required by applicable law, legal process, or government regulations

To protect the safety, rights, or property of Mashqul Quran Foundation, its users, or others

With your explicit consent or at your direct request

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes secure data transmission (HTTPS), Firebase Authentication, and controlled server access.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and not share your account credentials with others.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: You may view your account information within the app

Update: You may edit your profile and personal information at any time

Delete: You may request account deletion through the app or by contacting us

Notification Control: You can opt out of push notifications through your device settings

Location: You can revoke location permission at any time from your device settings

Data Request: You may contact us to request a copy of your stored data

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app profile settings or by emailing us. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed from our active databases within 30 days. Certain anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for operational purposes. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

8. Children's Privacy

Our application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

9. Third-Party Services

Our application uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Firebase (Google): Authentication, analytics, and push notifications

Google Fonts: Font rendering within the app

URL Launcher: For opening external links (maps, phone calls, WhatsApp)

We recommend you review the privacy policies of these third-party services as well.

10. App Permissions We Request

Location (Fine & Coarse): Required for accurate prayer time calculations

Camera / Storage: Required for uploading profile pictures and request documents

Internet: Required for all app functionality and server communication

Notifications: Required for push notification delivery via Firebase

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
