• Similarity: Because the AI generates content based on patterns, different users may receive similar results if they use similar prompts. You do not hold exclusive rights over the general "style" or "concept" generated by the AI.

3. Safety & Ethical Use You agree to use PixalorAI responsibly. You may not use the app to:

• Create "Deepfakes" or non-consensual media depicting real people.

• Generate content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

• Attempt to bypass the app's safety filters or reverse-engineer the AI models.

4. AI Transparency (Watermarking) In accordance with industry standards, PixalorAI may embed invisible digital watermarks or metadata (such as C2PA credentials) in all generated videos and songs. These markers identify the content as AI-generated and protect the integrity of the platform. You agree not to remove or obscure these digital identifiers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion We store your generated portfolio on our secure servers so you can access your work across devices. You may request the total deletion of your PixalorAI account and all associated data at any time by emailing contact@masetechllc.com.
