General

1.1 General

General setting consist of;

Enable Cookie Bar: To enable cookie bar on the website click on On Radio button or Keep it Off.

Select type of Law: There are 3 options of law; GDPR (It is essential ,if it has a target audience from the European union.), CCPA (It is essential ,if it has a target audience from California.), CCPA& GDPR (It is essential ,if it has a target audience from European union and California. .) you choose as per your company policy

Auto-hide (Accept) cookie bar after delay: To auto-hide cookie bar after accept on the website click on Yes Radio button or Keep it No.

Auto-hide cookie bar if the user scrolls(accept on scroll): To auto-hide cookie bar on scroll click on Yes Radio button or Keep it No.

1.2. Other

General setting consist of;

Reload after "scroll accept" event? : To reload cookie bar on the website after scroll click on Yes Radio button or Keep it No.

Reload after Accept button click : To reload cookie bar after accept on the website click on Yes Radio button or Keep it No.

Reload after Reject button click : To Reload cookie bar once rejected click on Yes Radio button or Keep it No.

Customize Cookie Bar

To create customize cookie bar select Customize Cookie Bar tab which consists of 2 options Cookie Bar and Revisit Consent

2.1 Cookie Bar: It is consist of

Message Heading : Use to provide heading for the cookie bar.

Message : Use to provide a message/content for cookie bar also you can modify/edit the content of the cookie consent bar. it Supports shortcodes.(link shortcodes to help link) e.g. [cookie_accept_all] for accept all button, [cookie_button] for accept button, [cookie_reject] for reject button, [cookie_link] for Read more, [cookie_settings] for cookie settings.

Cookie Bar Colour: Select the colour of the cookie bar which is suitable with you website theme colour.

Text Colour: Select text color suitable with cookie bar background color

Font: Select the font for cookie bar from the dropdown.

Show Cookie bar as : There are 3 radio button to show cookie bar 1. Banner(Show cookie bar as banner) 2. Pop Up(Show cookie bar as popup) 3. Widget(Show cookie bar as widget)

Position: To set the position of the Cookie Bar (Header or Footer)

On Load & On Hide: To give effect to Cookie Bar, use Animate to give animation or use Sticky to Stick on website without any animation

2.2 Revisit Consent: Revisit consent will allow the visitors to view/edit/revoke their prior preferences. Enable to display a sticky/fixed widget widget at the footer of your website. It is consist of;

Enable revisit consent widget: enable to display a sticky/fixed widget at the footer of the website.

Text on the widget: To appear on the revisit consent widget.

Customize Buttons

Accept All Button : This button/link can be customized to either simply close the cookie bar, or follow a link. You can also customize the colours and styles, and show it as a link or a button.

Accept Button : Customize the Accept button to match the theme of your site. Insert the shortcode [cookie_button] in Customise Cookie Bar > Cookie bar > Message to include accept button in cookie consent bar.

Reject Button : Customize the Reject button to match the theme of your site. Insert the shortcode [cookie_reject] in Customise Cookie Bar > Cookie bar > Message to include reject button in cookie consent bar.

Settings Button : Customize the cookie settings to match the theme of your site. Insert the shortcode [cookie_settings] in Customise Cookie Bar > Cookie bar > Message to include cookie settings within the cookie consent bar. Clicking ‘Cookie settings’ opens up a pop up window with provisions to enable/disable cookie categories.

‘Read more’ redirects users to the ‘Privacy & Cookie Policy’ page. Create a ‘Privacy & Cookie Policy’ page for your site from here. Insert the shortcode [cookie_link] in Customise Cookie Bar > Cookie bar > Message to include ‘Read more’ within the cookie consent bar.

To search the cookies that are used in the website

1. Go to Cookie Scanner in GPDR Cookie Consent Section

2. Click on Connect & Scan (the scan is initiated preliminary) or Scan for cookie button

3. Scan will be initiated

6. Cookie list will be displayed.

7. Add all those Cookie in Cookie List

8. 3 Options will be displayed to Replace old , Merge or Append

9. Choose the one which is more suitable

10. Click Start Import Button

11. All the Cookies will be imported in Cookie List

1. Go to Cookie List

2. All the Cookies the website is using will be displayed here

3. To change or edit a particular cookie

• • Hover on the Cookie list

  • Click on Edit

• • To Edit Cookie Name, remove existing name and add new

  • To edit description, remove existing description or edit it.

• • Cookie ID , Type, Duration and Sensitivity can also be changed.

1. To add new Category

2. Go to Cookie Category

3. Add Category Name , Slug, Description, its default state and the script for which that cookie is implemented.

4. Click Add Cookie Category button to add new category

To edit the category content, click Edit button.

Edit the content and click on Update Button

2. Edit the content as per the requirement and Click on Save Setting Button
