I am a political sociologist specializing in European policy-making. I study crisis management, public administration reforms, and the role of experts in European governance.
Before joining the Université de Rennes, I held teaching and research positions at the European University Institute, the College of Europe in Bruges, Sciences Po Paris, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, and Université Paris-Dauphine. I received my PhD from the Université libre de Bruxelles and Sciences Po Strasbourg in 2022.
My work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Common Market Studies, Politique Européenne, European Politics and Society, and Politix, as well as in several edited volumes. My research was awarded the Best Dissertation Award from the University of Strasbourg.
