My name is Mary Eve Speach and I am an Assistant Professor in Management at the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
My research seeks to better understand the role individual differences play not only in the treatment of employees - but also how these unique attributes guide one's own behavior. I am specifically interested in contributing to an area of the diversity literature which has received less attention thus far - the perspective of the employee with a disability.
I have had the opportunity to teach undergraduate courses in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, as well as doctoral-level seminars. Through these experiences, I have found teaching to be not only a meaningful endeavor but also one that I deeply enjoy.
