First CyberMi2 Research Day, 2023

Cybersecurity and Privacy for Minority and Minoritized People

Tuesday, 20 June 2023, RHUL, Egham, UK

CyberMi2 will take place in in the Boilerhouse Auditorium. Email Dr Maryam Mernezhad for registering or more info.

This is an invitation-only event where my team and those who have been collaborating with us present their work on security and privacy (SP) and minority and minoritized users. The majority of research this year is related to gender and SP. We have participants from academia, industry, government, and the regulatory sectors.

We also have an exclusive opening of an art exhibition associated with CyFer (an EPSRC PETRAS-funded project). This exhibition will run at RHUL (Egham campus), June-Sep 2023, and permanently archived on the College’s website. This exhibition features the work of 8 international artists and designers (competitively commissioned among around 60 high-quality applications) who responded to our research with their designs and artworks.

Please note that parking will be free for attendees on the day, and you don't need to register your car. WiFi access will be provided.
